The laser beam does not exert any "pressure" on the material, which allows cutting and engraving fragile (wood veneer) and elastic (film, silicone sheet ...) sheet materials. Milling processing of such materials is either impossible or very ineffective.
The diameter of the "cutting" tool of the CNC laser machine is 0.2 mm. Milling technology uses cutters with a diameter of 0.5 mm to 22 mm and above.
With "thin" cuts, the advantages of laser technology are undeniable.
